In addition to our extensive range of standard refrigerated counters, Large-Capacity Refrigerators and Juice Dispensers, we also offer the design and production of special refrigerated equipment and elements for a wide variety of industries.
Small parts, assemblies, prototypes, but also series are manufactured in large quantities on the latest CNC-controlled machines.
In addition to sheet metal processing and high-pressure foaming of various cooling elements without thermal bridges, we also have ultra-modern tube bending machines and our own creative joinery for your special projects.
In our technical office, 3D designs are developed with the help of Inventor Professional software, drawings are created and statics calculated. On the basis of samples or technical drawings, we work out a precise offer together with you.

YOUR PROJECT – Our challenge
A high degree of flexibility, reliability and quality characterize our contract manufacturing. It doesn't matter whether it's the production of individual parts or small series or whether you'd like to use our capacity for series production. Due to our in-house manufacturing we're able to produce small parts and assemblies as well as complete cooling systems.
In order to be a powerful and reliable partner for our customers, our machinery is constantly modernized and our capacities expanded.
SHEET METAL PROCESSING
- Punching and edging work in a thin sheet metal range of 0.5 to 2 mm
- Sheet metal parts up to a dimension of 2500 x 1250 mm, on request up to a length of 4000 mm
HIGH-PRESSURE FOAMING
- Insulating components with high inherent strength
- Insulation panels of up to 3000 x 1250 mm
- Mould making (insulated housings and panels)
TUBE BENDING
- Tubes with 5 and 11 mm outside diameter
- Stainless steel pipes with up to 0.5 mm wall thickness, copper pipes with up to 1 mm wall thickness
- Including finishing work, pipe penetrations, welding, cutting to length, various radii, end machining, upsetting and expanding
CREATIVE JOINERY
